Our Story
Westmere Capital Partners was founded by Bradley Bean and Alec Hudson — two entrepreneurs with a shared belief that real estate transactions don't have to be complicated, drawn-out, or adversarial.
We built this firm to serve two groups who are often underserved: homeowners who need a fast, fair exit from their property, and investors who want consistent access to off-market deals without the noise of the MLS.
